When considering appearance requests, we adhere to the criteria list below:

  • This program is open to schools, youth serving organizations, youth sports teams, etc. 
  • Incomplete requests will not be considered.
  • Submitting an online request does NOT guarantee an appearance. All requests are subject to availability. The Community Impact Team will try their best to find an associate that will fit the request.
  • All requests must be received at least six (6) weeks prior to the event.
  • If the date or time changes for an event or the event is canceled, you must reach out to communityrelations@sportingkc.com to notify associates immediately.
  • You will be contacted about the status of your request via email correspondence
